WHAT WE BELIEVE

THE BIBLE

  • We believe the Scriptures to be the inspired Word of God, the revelation of His will and the divine and complete authority for all Christian faith and life. We believe that the Bible, in tandem with our relationship with God, inspires the progressive prophetic power of the Word that continually calls the church, in apostolic authority, to speak truth to power so that those who are informed then understand their obligation to become Kingdom Disciples, Prophetic Ambassadors and Life Speakers.

GOD

  • We believe there is one God, creator of all things who exists in 3 distinct persons: Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

JESUS CHRIST

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to the earth to be the Savior of the world; that he died on a cross and shed his blood as the final sacrifice for all sins. We believe Jesus rose from the dead, sits at the right hand of God and is coming again.

HOLY SPIRIT

  • We believe that the Holy Spirit is come to indwell, sanctify, instruct and comfort the believer and that the Holy Spirit is the giver of spiritual gifts to the believer.

SALVATION

  • We believe that all who, in faith, receive the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior are born again by the Holy Spirit and thus become the children of God. Salvation is not only a gift from God but is sustained by Him as well. Salvation is wholly of the Lord, apart from the works of man. The Holy Spirit permanently indwells the believer and seals him in salvation for all eternity. Therefore, the believer shall be kept by the power of God through faith.

THE CHURCH

  • We believe the true Church is composed of all such persons, who through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.

BAPTISM & COMMUNION

  • We believe that water baptism by immersion, after accepting Christ as personal Savior, is a testimony of death to sin and resurrection to a new life. The Lord’s Supper is a sacred celebration of the death of the Lord Jesus Christ and a symbol of our recommitment to the covenant established between God and man.
